Package One:
• 90 minute consultation with our Medical Doctor for a full Client history and physical examination
• One saliva test kit (checks the level of the 5 basic hormones)
• An individualized treatment program and 3 month follow up with our MD

Package Two:
• 90 minute consultation with our Medical Doctor for a full Client history
and physical examination
• A 24 hour urine test (checks the level of 34 hormones )
• An individualized treatment program and 3 moth of follow-up with our MD

Package Three:
• H Scan - to determine biological age
• A full nutritional assessment and medical history is taken
• A physical examination
• Blood and or twenty-four hour urine testing for hormone balancing and evaluation of health risk factors
• Follow-up visit with our MD to go over all the test results
• An individualized treatment program and follow-up with our MD every three months for one year to monitor progress
